Shop Regulations
1.
By using the ASGshop.pl you confirm your acceptance of the following terms
and conditions.
2.
Every person who submits an order is obligated to give real personal information
concerning phone and address.
3.
All personal information of customers who use our on-line shop is exclusive
for
ASG Shop and
is not passed on.
4.
All the products descriptions in ASGShop.pl are approximate. We made a great
effort to make
them as genuine as possible but we cannot guarantee 100% compliance
of a product
description and a product itself.
5.
We reserve the right to any mistakes on the website and, as a result, the information
on our
website cannot be the base to any claims.
6.
Storage state is updated automatically after confirming an order. Nevertheless,
please remember
that in an Internet shop there are situations in which few people
can be buying at the same time.
That is why, it is possible that the goods may
be sold just before the confirmation of your order.
We do not have influence
on this.
7.
Given delivery or availability dates of products are not binding and can be changed
in any
moment without warning.
8.
International orders are not sent until we receive an appropriate amount of money
on our
bank account.
9.
In case of not collecting a parcel, the costs of dispatch are covered by a
Buyer.
10.
ASGShop.pl IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for mechanical damages of goods
which were caused
during there transport. If such damage happens, a complaint
should be lodged
directly to
UPS delivery service.
In
situations when during the transport the goods were damaged or lost we try
to help our
Clients and that is why we ask you to contact us immediately
by e-mail.
Please DO NOT SEND THE DAMAGED GOODS BACK TO US IN ANY
CASE!
A damage must be submitted at a parcel's receiver, advisable directly to
a courier or at the
post office while collecting a parcel.
If you affirm a mechanical damage of a parcel (external)
or goods which
are inside a parcel the best is to:
a) Inform the courier who delivered
the parcel about the damage immediately.
b) Inform our company about the
damage as fast as possible - in this way
you
will include us in the complaint process.
c) Make the documentation of
damages (advisable the photo documentation using
digital photo camera)
both the goods and the external parcel packaging.
d) Protect the delivered
goods TOGETHER WITH THE PACKAGING to remain the
parcel similar to its state at the moment of delivery.
11.
ASGShop.pl IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for unpunctuality of shipping companies in the
delivering of parcels.
Return of bought goods in ASGShop.pl
12.
Every Client in our shop has the statutory right to return the goods without
giving any
reason in 10 days from the moment of receiving a parcel.It is possible on condition that:
a) A product is in its original box together with all documents
it was delivered
with (including a receipt or invoice)
b) A product was not used or disassembled.
c) A product was not damaged and is entirely complete.We reserve the right to

In case of goods return the costs of a dispatch are covered by a Client.
14.
After receiving a parcel, the equivalent of goods will be returned on a bank
account
indicated by a Client.
15.
Only the goods that were not modified on Client's request undergo a return.
In a case
when a Client bought e.g. a modified replica, he or she is not entitled
to a return service.
Return of bought goods in order exchange them for
different ones in ASGShop.pl
16.
In case when a Buyer wants to exchange the goods for other ones he or she is
obliged
to contact us before sending off in order to set the details.
17.
An exchange of goods for other ones is possible on condition that:
a) A product is in its original
box together with all documents it was delivered
with (including a receipt)
b) A product was not used or disassembled.
c) A product was not damaged and
is entirely complete.
We reserve the right to refuse a return it we find discrepancy with the above
mentioned terms of return.
18.
In case of goods exchange the costs of a dispatch are covered by a Client.
19.
Only the goods that were not modified on Client's request undergo an exchange.
In a case when a Client bought e.g. a modified replica, he or she is not entitled
to
an exchange service.

20.
In case of a realization of a complaint, a Client is obliged to contact us
before a
dispatch in order to set the details.
21.
If after earlier contact with us (see above) it will occur that the goods can
be subjected
to warranty service, it is a Client who bears costs of dispatch
in both ways.
22.
It a damage of goods is not warranty service damage, an owner is obliged to
cover
the necessary costs to repair the goods.In order to become familiar with terms of
complaint, please become familiar
with 'Complaint' department.
