A receipt or an invoice, which should be kept, is attached to each order.
It is the only base on which a complaint or a return may be taken into consideration.

Costs of international deliveries inside the EU by the agency of UPS varies depending
on a country and an importance of a given order.

That is why after ordering please not to pay for your order!
AGSShop will count an exact cost of a delivery and will inform you about the entire
amount of money which should be transferred to our bank account.
